Library Renovation
Researchers of Library and Information resources have been highlighting the need to re-think about Library as a place.
Malcolm Brown from Dartmouth College and Philip Long from MIT suggest that Library is the "Learning Commons" and its design must shift from information-centered to human-centered.
The term learning meant that the focus of the library design should not just be "finding information but applying information in productive ways to deepen and strengthen learning as well as to construct knowledge".
At First Sight, we understand this trend and purposefully design library of tomorrow to promote study and learning.
